Fraser Carlin - Head of Planning and Development
Fraser is also responsible for the protection of our listed buildings, conservation areas, important areas of the natural environment and the quality of Renfrewshire's heritage. His role also includes widening biodiversity and improving access to the countryside.

Scott Allan - Head of Roads and Transportation
The road network ensures that everyone in Renfrewshire has access to jobs, schools, shops, health and leisure facilities.
It also provides links to wider markets by way of Glasgow airport and the Scottish motorway network.
The head of roads and transportation's key responsibilities include:
- preparing and implementing strategies for the integrated development of roads and public transport
- developing and maintaining roads, bridges, structures, footpaths, street lighting and associated infrastructure
- road safety and developing programmes to promote 'green' transport, including walking and cycling
- maintaining rivers and watercourses
- flood prevention, winter maintenance and emergencies
- monitoring road and bridge maintenance
