Paisley's West End is an inner urban area to the west of Paisley town centre.
The main land use is residential but it displays a rich mix of secondary uses including a retail centre, commercial premises and community facilities.

The council have approved a strategy for the regeneration of the West End, which provides a framework for the physical, social and economic regeneration of the area. Key objectives of the strategy include:
- improving housing stock by providing a choice of housing type and tenure,
- improving the environmental quality of the area,
- supporting existing communities facilities and shops, and
- making sure that the West End is a safe and welcoming place in which to live and work.
