Paisley Town Centre Property Improvement Grant

Regenerating Paisley town centre is one of the council's top priorities. The objective of the improvement grant is to make sure buildings in the town centre are well used and looked after, especially those in the main shopping streets which are most visible to visitors and residents.

Examples of typical improvements include:

All applications should be accompanied by three competitive tenders or a priced bill of quantities prepared by a quantity surveyor.
