Determination
The Planning and Economic Development Policy Board at the meeting on the 15th December 2008 was disposed to grant planning permission subject to conditions and a Section 75 Agreement. In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Notification of Applications) (Scotland) Direction 2007, the proposals were referred to Scottish Ministers. By letter dated 5 February 2009 the Scottish Government confirmed that it did not intend to intervene and authorised the Council to deal with the application in the manner it thinks fit. Accordingly, permission was granted by Decision Notice dated 10 August 2009 for Planning Permission - In Outline (06/0602/PP). The permission is subject to conditions and an agreement under Section 75 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997.
