Determination
The Planning and Economic Development Board at its meeting on the 15 December 2008 was disposed to grant planning permission subject to conditions. In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Notification of Applications) (Scotland) Directive 2007, the application was referred to Scottish Ministers. By letter dated 5 February 2009 the Scottish Government confirmed that it did not intend to intervene and authorised the council to deal with the application in the manner it thinks fit. Accordingly permission was granted by Decision Notice dated 6 February 2009.
