How do I pay my rent?
We will give you a swipe card to pay your rent. We will also send you a statement every three months showing the payments you have made.
You can pay your rent in the following ways:
- make an online rent payment
- use your swipe card to pay your rent at paypoint facilities throughout Renfrewshire, for example, at cash collection points in your local corner store
- at our Johnstone or Renfrew Customer Service Centres Housing Office
- at the cash collection desk in the Customer Service Centre - Renfrewshire House
- at automated payment kiosks in some local libraries (Foxbar, Glenburn, Ferguslie Park) and community centres (Gallowhill, Johnstone Castle)
- by debit/credit card: just phone 0141 842 4400 or 0845 602 0355 (24 hours freephone number from BT landlines, although other mobile phone providers may charge a fee for these calls).
- by direct debit/standing order: call 0141 840 3290 and we can set this up for you
- at your local post office
