How to pay your service charge

We will give you a yellow swipe card to pay your service charge.
Please do not use this card to pay your rent.
We will send you a statement every three months showing the payments you have made to your service charge account.
You can pay your service charge in the following ways:
- use your swipe card at PayPoint facilities throughout Renfrewshire, for example, at cash collection points in your local corner store
- at the cash collection desk in the Customer Service Centre in Renfrewshire House
- at our Johnstone or Renfrew Neighbourhood Services
- by debit/credit card on 0141 840 4400 or 0845 602 0355 (24 hour freephone number from BT landlines, although other mobile phone providers may charge a fee for these calls) or by visiting our website for online payments.
- by direct debit/standing order (call 0141 840 3290 and we can set this up for you)
- at your local post office or
- by post make your cheque payable to Renfrewshire Council.
