Planning and Transport Insurance Claim procedure

If you have suffered an injury or damage to your vehicle due to negligence on the part of the Council, you should make your claim by completing an incident report form:

Please include the following information in your claim:
- your name and address,
- the location of your incident,
- the date of the incident,
- a brief description of what happened, and
- why the Council have been negligent.
