What do I do when I come into the Customer Service Centre?
Enter the customer service centre from the public entrance on Cotton Street. If your enquiry is very quick and straightforward, the adviser at the reception desk may be able to deal with it for you. If your enquiry needs advice from another adviser, you will be asked to take a ticket and sit in the waiting area until your number is called. When it is your turn, you will hear your number being called and it will also flash up on the information screens, along with the number of the desk you should go to.
When should I go to the Customer Service Centre?
The Centre is open:
Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 6.00pm
However, the centre becomes very busy on Mondays and during lunch hours, so the best times to visit us are:
Tuesday to Friday - 8.00am to 11.00am and 2.30pm to 6.00pm
If you can, please visit us between these times. You will find that queues are shorter and your enquiry will be dealt with more quickly.
