The following libraries and community centres have payment kiosks installed to allow payments to be made by cash or by credit/debit card. Cheque payments will not be accepted. The payment kiosks are self service machines. You will either need your bar-coded bill, payment card or reference number to make payment. During their opening hours each of these libraries and community centres provide a freephone service for making enquiries and contacting Council services . All council tax payments will go to your current year account. Business rates payments will go to any year as long as the correct reference and year indicator are keyed in manually. Please note that there will be a 2% fee on all credit card payments. Follow this link for a simple picture guide to using the payment kiosks located in the libraries and community centres.
