The following customer service points have payment kiosks installed to allow payments to be made by cash or by credit/debit card. Cheque payments will not be accepted. The payment kiosks are self service machines but staff will be on hand to provide help with using them. You will either need your bar-coded bill, payment card or reference number to make payment. All council tax payments will go to your current year account. Business rates payments will go to any year as long as the correct reference and year indicator are keyed in manually. Please note that there will be a 2% fee on all credit card payments
