Garden assistance scheme

Amenity services provide help with gardening to people who are medically unfit. The service is available from April to October and includes:
- cutting and edging grass and taking away the clippings eight times a year
- cutting hedges twice per year, mid season and end of season
This service is free to council tenants and available to home owners for a fee. If you are a Council tenant and you think you qualify for this service, please contact one of our customer service points.
The cost to home owners is £204.95 inclusive of VAT (2011/2012 and 2012/ 2013). If you're interested in this service, please phone 0141 840 3106.
