The law sets out a number of rules for internet retailers. Certain information must be provided to prospective buyers, and unfair terms and conditions are prohibited.

LACORS (Local Authority Coordinators of Regulatory Services) have produced model terms and conditions that internet retailers can use to make sure they are complying with the relevant legislation.
