Paisley Museum and Art Galleries welcomes all visitors

As the museum building is listed there are restrictions on modifications which can be made to the building, both internally and externally.

• There is level access to the museum through the side entrance, located beside the car park
• A lift on the ground floor gives access to the main museum gallery
• Wheelchair access is available to the temporary exhibition gallery and shawl gallery through the rear entrance to the museum - please contact a member of staff to arrange this.

At present there is no physical access to the art galleries for visitors with mobility problems.

We hope that everyone enjoys their visit to Paisley Museum. We appreciate that we may not always get it right. We would welcome your suggestions regarding our accessibility or any other aspect of your visit.
