A Co-ordinated Support Plan, or CSP, is an educational plan which aims to ensure that there is appropriate support in place for children and young people with the most complex and/or multiple additional support needs.

Children and young people with complex and /or multiple additional support needs will need services from a number of agencies to be co-ordinated in order for them to benefit from education and the majority will already have support for their individual educational needs written into a plan.
