Co-ordinated support plans

A co-ordinated support plan is an educational plan which aims to ensure there is appropriate support in place for children and young people with the most complex and/or multiple additional support needs.
We have produced two downloadable guides to these plans:
Preparing a Co-ordinated Support Plan: a guide for parents and carers (pdf - 438Kb)
Preparing a co-ordinated Support Plan: a guide for parents and carers who request a CSP (pdf - 408Kb)
Warning: these pdfs may take some time to download due to the large file size.
You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files. Download Acrobat Reader here.
Children and young people with complex and /or multiple additional support needs will need services from a number of agencies to be co-ordinated in order for them to benefit from education and the majority will already have support for their individual educational needs written into a plan.
