Access to Paisley Town Hall

Paisley Town Hall welcomes all visitors
Unfortunately the lift may not be suitable for larger motorised wheelchairs. Regrettably there is currently no wheelchair access to the Tannahill suite, Paisley room or the Alexander Wilson suite bar. Anyone hiring Paisley Town Hall should check with event planners for detail on disabled access to specific rooms.
There is a limited number of wheelchair spaces in the theatre and wheelchair users are asked to make their requirements known to box office staff when they book.
For customers with mobility problems attending theatre events, front row seats can be made available. Customers who find stairs difficult should request front row seats when making a booking.
The main hall at Paisley Town Hall is fitted with an induction loop system. On arrival, customers with a hearing impairment should inform reception staff or the duty officer if they wish to take advantage of this system.
We hope that everyone enjoys their visit to Paisley Town Hall but we appreciate that we may not always get it right. We would welcome your suggestions regarding our accessibility or any other aspect of your visit.
