Event Packages

Events packages give you exclusive use of a group of rooms for your conference or event. Included is a basic seating / table set up and a single microphone and PA system

The Ground floor includes: Main Hall Stalls, North Minor Hall, The Paisley Room and grd floor kitchen
The First Floor	£77.50 (£54.50 conc)
The first floor includes: Alexander Wilson Suite, Tannahill Suite, the Loggia and upper kitchen
Ground and First Floor (all rooms)	£121.50 (£85.50 conc)
Outwith normal working hours	£102.50 per hour

Please note a minimum amount of hours is to be taken dependent on when booked.

Wedding Packages

Wedding packages provide exclusive use of hall and access to the Main Hall Stalls, North Minor Hall, Paisley Room, Alexander Wilson Suite, The Loggia and upper and ground floor kitchens as required.

Included is a general seating / table set up and single microphone with access to the Main Hall and Alexander Wilson Suite PA systems.

Performance packages

Performance packages give you the option to use a basic seating / table set up, ushers, a technician and access to our technical facilities.

Ground and First Floor (all rooms)	£130.50 (£91.50 conc)
Whole building, including the Gallery	£146.50 (£103 conc)
Outwith normal working hours	£102.50 per hour

We can also provide box office facilities, tiered seating, Lighting and Sound Operators (including follow spot), video projection and piano hire. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to get a full quotation.

If your event is taking place in your own venue we can provide staging, technical staff, sound and AV presentation equipment at reasonable costs.
