It's about germs all over your house and outside. Horrors in your toilet. All over the place. It's funny, horrible and disgusting. 10/10 excellent. Jenna, aged 9.
More Horrible Science books covering a huge range of subjects.
This is about a classroom hamster who embarks on a great adventure. It was good to look at the story from the hamsters point of view. Reece, aged 9.

There was a kid called Jiggy McCue and he only had two pairs of underpants. His mum got him a new pair but he did not know they were killer underpants. When he first finds out these new underpants had a mind of their own it was really funny. Lots of funny things happened after that. Alison, aged 10. There is a whole series of Jiggy McCue books to read, all very funny and a bit rude!
More Michael Lawrence books
A boy Dax turns into a fox when his step mum locks him out of the house. A strange man takes him away to a special school. The children around him can all do amazing things. It was a good story because it is full of adventure. I really enjoyed it. Nicola, aged 11.
This is the first in a series of five Shapeshifter novels about Dax and the friends he makes at the school, who all have special powers, very exciting.
More Ali Sparkes books
Vampire Diaries I think was a good book because it was about a girl who was popular in her school and with her friends. She could get any boy she wanted, except for Stefan Salvatore. But he had a secret. The story is good as it is a scary romance. Chloe, aged 11.
More L.J. Smith books
Stefan's secret is given away a little in the title but all the books in the series are exciting teenage reads. The Vampire Diaries has been recently made into a successful television series.
Annabelle Winslow has just moved from the country to London for her first season. Her family are in desperate need of money, meaning that Annabelle must marry. She doesn't mind having to marry but the man who is interested is the vile and old Earl of Newbury. All he wants is a bride that will give him a son and heir, this will stop his nephew Sebastian Grey inheriting the title. It hardly took any time for the plot to get going and there always seemed to be something exciting going on. There was never a point where I felt it dragged at all or any boring parts, not even tiny ones. Amy, aged 15
