Appearing as a Witness

When you arrive at court, please show your witness citation to the Court Officer or staff member at the reception desk. They will direct you to the correct witness room.

It is important that you do not go into court before giving your evidence. You should wait in the witness room until you are called. The Court Officer will give information about any delays.

There are toilet and water cooler facilities in each witness room.

To claim your expenses for coming to court your citation must be stamped by the court police officer and taken to the Procurator Fiscal Office at 1 Love Street, Paisley, PA3 2DA. Please ask at the reception desk if you want to contact the court police officer.
