You will:
- be able to apply to us in writing, by e-mail, by audio tape or by video tape, to see any information we hold
- be able to ask us to give you the information in a number of ways (you can have a copy made, a written summary or, where possible, have access to the
records themselves) - be able to challenge our decision not to give you the information you want through our appeals process, and then by applying to the Scottish Information
Commissioner, and - receive clear advice and guidance on freedom of information matters.
- offer any reasonable help we can to find the information you need
- acknowledge freedom of information enquiries within two working days of receiving your enquiry
- maintain a publication scheme containing a list of the material we make available to the public
- answer you within 20 working days from receiving your enquiry, and
- provide you with details of how to appeal against our decisions.
