You will:

• be able to get an application form by writing, phoning or visiting us, and
• have to instruct your own solicitor to deal with the conveyancing for you.

We will:

• send you an application form with notes for guidance within three working days of receiving your request
• within one month, arrange to value your house and identify the garden belonging to your property. This will need two separate visits: one by a valuer to carry out a valuation of your house; and one by a technician to prepare a drawing which shows your property and areas which may be shared with others.
• send you a formal offer of sale within two months
• complete the sale within 19 weeks unless there are problems which affect the time it takes to complete the sale.
