Access to information relating to council and board meetings

You have the right to:
- go to our council and board meetings. The person chairing the meeting may ask you to leave if we will be discussing reports which contain confidential information. These reports will be marked 'not for publication' and you will not be allowed to see them
- see, in the customer service centre in Renfrewshire House, the dates, times and locations of meetings scheduled to be held each week
- see, in the customer service centre in Renfrewshire House, in your local library and on this website, a copy of the agenda three days before each meeting
- see agendas and reports for the last six years, beginning with the date of the meeting, on this website
- see minutes of meetings for at least the last six years, once the minutes have been published, on this website
- see background papers for reports which have been written by people in corporate services for the last four years beginning with the date of the meeting. There is a fee for this which is set every year. To find out what the current fee is, please contact committee services.
