Senior citizens' outing and voucher scheme

You will have the choice of:

You will receive your voucher or have written confirmation of which account you want to credit within six weeks of us receiving your application.

You will receive friendly, helpful advice on how the senior citizens scheme works, including information on how to register and what you will need to bring as proof that you qualify, if you phone us or call in at our customer service centre.

You can get copies of the leaflet and application forms at any of our customer service points or by phoning our customer contact centre on 0141 842 5850.

We will automatically re-register you for the scheme each year, and give you a gift voucher or credit.

If you have any questions, please phone 0141 842 5850 and a member of our staff will be pleased to help you. You can phone between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
