Agendas and Minutes of meetings of the Appointment Board

The following shall comprise the areas of responsibility of the Appointment Board to be established for vacant posts at director and head of service level:

1. To consider applications for the post and short leet candidates.

2. To interview candidates and select the successful candidate.

The Appointment Board for director posts comprises 9 elected members, being the Leader as Chair, plus 3 SNP members, 1 Liberal Democrat member, 3 Labour members and 1 Conservative member.

The Appointment Board for head of service posts comprises 7 elected members, being the Leader as Chair, plus 2 SNP members, 1 Liberal Democrat member, 2 Labour members and 1 Conservative member.
