Choose how to apply

You can now apply for some types of licence using our e-forms. These let you complete the form online and then:

• print it off, sign it and post it with the fee, or
• send it to us online and then come to the Customer Service Centre to sign it and pay the fee.

Please note that the form will only be processed once the appropriate fee is paid. Submitting a form online does not constitute making a valid application.
