You will:
- have your application processed in line with statutory requirements
- be able to speak to a member of the licensing staff by telephone or to make an appointment
We will:
- let you know how your application is progressing
- advise you if your application can be dealt with by an officer or if it needs to be decided by a Board made up of elected members
- tell you if any objections have been received about your application.
- provide you with at least seven days notice of the date of the meeting at which your application will be considered if you are required to attend.
- advise you of the procedures which will be followed at the meeting at which your application will be considered.
- advise you within statutory timescales of the decision of the meeting in relation to your application.
