Appeals panel service standards

We will:

• give you accurate information about the appeals process
• give you procedural advice in advance of the meeting on request
• provide separate rooms for both parties to the appeal
• ask you to provide your documents for issue within 10 working days of the meeting
• issue the agenda at least six days prior to the meeting, and
• advise you of the outcome of your appeal at the meeting and in writing within 10 working days of the meeting.
