You will:
- be able to ask for access to your personal information by writing to us, paying £10 and supplying two forms of identification
- be able to challenge our decision not to give you the information you want by applying to the Information Commissioner, and
- receive clear advice and guidance on data protection matters.
- acknowledge data protection enquiries within two working days of receiving your enquiry
- answer you within 40 days from receiving your written enquiry and fee, and
- provide you with details of how to appeal against our decisions.
