You will:

• be able to ask for access to your personal information by writing to us, paying £10 and supplying two forms of identification
• be able to challenge our decision not to give you the information you want by applying to the Information Commissioner, and
• receive clear advice and guidance on data protection matters.

We will:

• acknowledge data protection enquiries within two working days of receiving your enquiry
• answer you within 40 days from receiving your written enquiry and fee, and
• provide you with details of how to appeal against our decisions.
