Renfrewshire Council has one Civic Enforcement Officer who gives advice and assistance on the undernoted matters in respect of all licensed activities in terms of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982:

• whether a licence is required
• complaining about a licenceholder
• advice in relation to policy matters
