More than 150 school children from St Charles', Todholm, South and Lochfield primary schools came together to give sectarianism the boot at a special sports event at Linwood Sports Centre.
The P7 pupils of all different religious backgrounds took part in a variety of activities designed to encourage them to work as team.

The event was the first time all four primary schools have taken part in this type of event together, before going on to different secondary schools within the community.
The children were divided into mixed groups, each wearing different coloured t-shirts, before participating in crossing the swamp; a rope run; a line-up; a blindfolded trust game; orienteering; an obstacle course; and human bingo.
The event is designed to show children that people have different skills and strengths, no matter what their religion.

Councillor Jim McQuade, depute convener of Renfrewshire Council's education policy board, said: "Although these children all come from the same area of Paisley, they will all be going to different secondary schools, so without events like this they may never get the chance to get to know each other."
"As well as having fun and making friends, the pupils taking part will be learning that there is no place for religious discrimination in our communities."
