As part of the new facilities, Gleniffer's 1,350 pupils and 137 staff enjoy the use of specialist classrooms specifically designed for information and communications technology, music and science. There is also a recording studio, a kiln room for pottery classes, a dance studio and a fitness suite.
"The new facilities are so much better than we had before. The rooms are bright and airy and it's really helpful to have more IT points and power sockets. It means pupils can use computers in the science laboratories."

Sporting facilities include a games hall, a gymnasium and a full-size floodlit synthetic pitch. Two full-size grass pitches and a seven-a-side grass pitch are expected to be finished next summer.
