Volunteers needed to help with Social Work appeals

We are currently looking for volunteer members of the Social Work (Complaints Review) Appeals Panel. 

Members give impartial consideration to complaints made by clients of the Social Work department, their carers or their representatives. 

Appeals Panels consisting of three people are required to hold a hearing into the complaint and make recommendations to the council’s Community and Family Care Policy Board.
