Social work provides a range of services to support and care for people with disabilities. These include services to help people live independent lives and services for people who need more help and support.

We can arrange direct payments for people to fund their own services. We can also help you apply to the Independent Living Funds (ILF), which is a fund set up and financed by UK central government.

You might also be interested in: If you apply for any of these services, we'll carry out a community care assessment to identify your needs and how best we can meet them. We'll try to make sure you are linked up with the service that best suits your needs.
