Our main aim is to provide suitable land and premises for business start-up, company growth and new investment. We offer a range of services, from providing industrial units to specific help tailored to businesses' property needs.

Erskine Riverfront
Erskine Riverfront is made up of four adjacent development sites in an attractive setting. Together they can accommodate a wide range of businesses including general and light industrial, warehousing, offices, high tech and research and development.

Erskine Riverfront is on the A726 which provides fast access to the central Scotland motorway network through the M8. Glasgow International Airport and Inchinnan Business Park are only three miles away. Paisley and Glasgow, six and ten miles away, are easily reached on the M8. The riverfront location also provides excellent access to the north side of Glasgow and to northern Scotland via the Erskine Bridge.

Renfrew Riverside
We are a member of the Public and Private Sector Partnership which is committed to regenerating this area. The partnership is making a significant investment in this project, providing substantial business opportunities and infrastructure improvements that will benefit Renfrewshire as a whole.

Cart Corridor, Paisley
Along with a joint venture partner, the Council is redeveloping a stretch of the River Cart extending from Paisley Town Centre towards Glasgow Airport. This project will provide a mixed use regeneration of the area over a ten year period.

Industrial units
We are responsible for a portfolio of about 80 industrial units ranging from 500 to 5,000 square feet. The units are located throughout the council area and offer suitable premises for new business start-up and those looking to expand or relocate. Businesses are also able to benefit from flexible lease terms.

Property Enquiry Database system
We are able to provide detailed information of property which is currently available throughout the area and can carry out specific property searches to meet the needs of individual companies.

Securing opportunities
We have a proven track record of helping developers and potential occupiers find property. We are able to help with master planning and feasibility studies linked to safeguarding jobs and company growth. At our discretion, we are able to provide support to help investment decisions.
