Repairs and Improvements
Home > Services > Housing > Council Housing > Repairs and Improvements
The Council offers two repair services to tenants:
Report a repair to your home
- use our online repairs direct reporting service
- or phone: 0141 842 4444
This phone line is open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Emergency Housing Repairs outwith these hours can be reported on 0141 889 5296. There is also a Freephone repair reporting service available in neighbourhood housing offices during office hours.
You can also write to us to report a repair at:
Customer Service Manager (Housing Repairs),
Renfrewshire Council,
Department of Housing and Property Services,
Clark Street Depot,
Paisley
PA3 1RX
When you report a repair, please tell us as much as possible about the problem. You will also have to tell us:
- your name
- your address
- your phone number;
- when you will be at home, or
- what arrangements you can make to let the repair service into your home.
What happens next?
As long as we have enough information to tell the contractor what they need to do, we will order the repair straight away. If we need to look at the problem before we can order the repair, we will arrange for someone to visit your home.
