Repair and improvement grants for homeowners

Our Private Sector section provides financial assistance to private home owners to upgrade and maintain their properties. We provide grant support for repairs, improvements, disabled adaptations and tenement refurbishment. As well as this we provide funding to support Care and Repair Renfrewshire who provide assistance for elderly and disabled homeowners.

How much will I get?

If you apply for a grant, you will be asked to provide us with information on your financial resources. You may receive from 0% to 100% grant based on your income. However, for some categories of work you will receive a grant for at least 50% no matter what your income.
