Renfrewshire Council manages its housing stock from three neighbourhood offices - Paisley, Johnstone and Renfrew. Staff in these offices manage our housing estates, sign up new tenants and update housing applications. Find out how to contact your local neighbourhood office.

If you would like some advice about a housing issue, please contact your local neighbourhood office and ask to speak to your local housing officer. Your housing officer can offer you advice over the phone and, if required, will arrange an appointment to speak to you in person about your enquiry.

General enquiries on homelessness, rent arrears and housing benefits can also be dealt with at your neighbourhood office.

Access to neighbourhood housing services in Paisley is via the Customer Service Centre in Renfrewshire House. This centre is a one-stop shop through which you can access a wide range of frontline services - from neighbourhood housing services to council tax, housing and council tax benefit, ‘blue badge’ disabled parking permits, and free school meals.

The Paisley Customer Service Centre and the Johnstone and Renfrew neighbourhood offices have secure cash desks where payments can be made for council services such as rent, council tax and home help bills. They also have a freephone service that tenants can use to report council housing repairs.
