An information pack is provided to every tenant on signing for a new house. The pack contains a range of information which a new or existing tenant may find useful. We have broken the pack down into a series of individual documents in the sections below.

Paying your rent (pdf - 124Kb) - Information regarding various payment methods; help in paying your rent and Council Tax Benefits; what to do when you are having financial problems which make it difficult to pay rent and Council Tax.
Buying your home (pdf - 336Kb) - Your rights to buying your Council home; entitlement to discounts after a qualifying period.
