If you are a Renfrewshire Council tenant, you may be interested in the following information:

• Delivering Housing Improvements - information about our five year programme of works to improve tenants' homes and bring them up to the Scottish Housing Quality Standard by 2015.
• Garden asssistance scheme - a free service that provides help with gardening to Renfrewshire Council tenants who are medically unfit. Please contact your local neighbourhood office for further details.
• Housing and property insurance claims - information about how to complete claims.
• Information for council tenants on how to look after their home in winter.
  

A New Tenant Pack is provided to every tenant when they sign for a new house. The pack, which is split into two booklets: "tenant information" and "repairs handbook", contains a range of information which a new or existing tenant may find useful. An additional insert "asbestos in the home" provides information about asbestos that may be found within a property.
