- Performance - what we do and how well we do it.
- Policies and plans - trading standards' operational polices, plans and financial details.
- Service pledges - the standards of service you can expect from trading standards.
Suggestions and Complaints
We want to improve the way we deliver services. If you have any ideas how we could improve our service, or if there is something that you would like us to do that we don't do already, please tell us. We will reply to your suggestion and let you know what we have done as a result.
A consumer or trader who, for any reason, is unhappy with the services provided by the Trading Standards service, or one of its officers, can make a complaint to the trading standards team leader, preferably in writing, or use the council's complaints procedure.
