Changes to collection dates and times

There are no changes to waste collection services over the public holiday periods in May, June, August or September. Please present your bin as usual on your normal day. All household waste and recycling centres will also be open as normal.


We aim to provide a high quality service to our residential customers. However, sometimes things can go wrong. This table shows any service issues that have arisen with our waste collections.

Other reasons for non-collection:

If your bin hasn't been collected on your collection date, there are a number of possible reasons:

• we've missed your bin
• your bin wasn't at the collection point by 7.00 am, or
• your bin had unsuitable items in it.
