What can you take

• paper (newspaper, magazines and contents of junk mail)
• small cardboard boxes (flattened) and card packaging
• drink cans
• glass bottles and jars

Where you can go

The table below shows a list of mini recycling points (MRC) located mainly at high flats. Each point at your mini-recycling centre is clearly labelled. Please ensure you put the right materials in the correct bins.

Why you should recycle
The items you take to your mini-recycling centre will be sent for reprocessing where:

• paper is pulped and recycled into newsprint and other paper products
• cans are recycled into new aluminium cans and steel cans
• glass (bottles and jars) are cleaned, crushed and recycled into new bottles and jars
