If you want to speak to an advisor about consumer affairs or make a complaint about a trader, call Consumer Direct on 084545 04 05 06 or go to the Consumer Direct website.
If Consumer Direct do not resolve your complaint, they will refer it onto our Trading Standards service for further investigation. Please note that, depending on the circumstances, it may take up to 10 working days before we can contact you.
