The Clean Renfrewshire campaign will set out exactly how we can all do our bit to tackle environmental problems like litter, graffiti, fly-tipping and dog fouling.

The council will support local people and groups that sign up to the campaign, providing resources such as advice, clean-up equipment, help with fund-raising and networking.

Clean Renfrewshire facts
  • every weekend the council picks up nine tonnes of litter from Renfrewshire's streets and roads - enough to fill nine trucks.
  • every year the council spends £3 million on street cleaning including more than £200,0000 on removing unnecessary chewing gum, graffiti, fly-tipping and dog mess.
