Trading standards aim to give advice in the best way to reach our service users. For example, we know that young and elderly people need different things from us, so we publish information which is best matched to their particular needs. We want to improve the way we deliver services. If you have any ideas how we could improve our service, or if there is something that you would like us to do that we don't do already, please tell us.
