Unlicensed vehicles
To report a vehicle that appears to be unlicensed, please write to:

or phone: 0870 240 6282 (this can be done anonymously)
The details needed are:
- the make/model
- the colour
- the registration number
- the time it can be seen on the public road (if known)
- the name and address of the owner (if known)
