Renfrewshire Community Planning Partnership has published its first community learning and development strategy. 'Working and Learning Together to build a Better Renfrewshire' describes the approach that the partnership will take to meet the community learning and development needs of communities across Renfrewshire.

This document is broken into three sections:
- Achievement through learning for adults - Partners support people to raise their skills in literacy, numeracy, information and communications technology and personal development.
- Achievement through learning for young people - Partners provide a range of clubs, groups and activities to develop the personal, social and educational abilities of young people
- Achievement through building community capacity - Partners support individuals, groups and communities to develop the organisational skills they need to tackle issues of concern in the community
