How to appeal to a local review body

To make an appeal to a local review body, you must complete a 'notice of review' form within three months of the date you received your planning decision notice. If you didn't get a decision before the two month deadline, your form should be submitted within three months of this deadline date. Here you can download the notice of review as a MS Word or pdf document along with guidance on the process.
