Renfrewshire Council is commited to providing excellent services to its customers. Most council services have drawn up written statements which set out the standards you can expect when you use the services.These statements are called 'service pledges'. Services monitor their performance against their pledges and publish the results. Pledges are often drawn up in consultation with customers to make sure the standards that are set reflect customer preferences.
