Service Plans

Service plans are documents which set out the levels of service that the Council will provide to service users and the projected costs of these services. They are reviewed annually and are in effect the services’ ‘business plans’. Renfrewshire Council has eight departments which all have individual service plans. These are:

• Education and Leisure
• Environmental Services
• Finance and Information Technology
• Housing and Property Services
• Planning and Transport
• Social Work
