Charter Mark - Government’s award scheme for recognising and encouraging excellence in public services.
COSLA Quality awards - COSLA exists to promote and protect the interests of councils in Scotland by providing a forum for discussion of matters of common concern.
Crystal Mark - the Council have joined the Plain English Campaign to help our staff to communicate effectively with all our service users.
